"Reimbursement took forever tbh"
I had to wait way longer than I expected to get reimbursed. Support did reply, which was good, but the whole process still felt super slow and frustrating ngl. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but yeah, definitely not great either.

"No one ever gets back to you"
I sent two messages about my claim and waited days, and I still didn’t get a real answer. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect some kind of response when you actually need help. It feels like support just isn’t there when it matters. Really frustrating, and I wouldn’t use them again

"I thought getting this replaced would be simple..."
I thought getting this replaced would be simple, but it turned into such a headache. There were way too many steps, too much back and forth, and after waiting weeks, I still didn’t end up with a working replacement. Really frustrating experience

"Policy info was about as unclear as I expected"
The policy details felt vague to me. I already tend to assume this kind of stuff is going to be buried in confusing wording, and this experience kind of confirmed that. I had to reread things and still wasn’t totally sure what was actually covered.

"The plans was a little pricey"
I liked the service overall, but the plans feel like they was a bit on the expensive side. I just wish it could be cheaper for what you gets.

"Deductible seems fair enough"
I went with 3 stars because the deductible actually feels reasonable, especially compared to a few other plans I looked at. I already had a feeling this one might be the better deal on price, and seeing the deductible kind of confirmed that for me. It doesn’t feel like using the coverage would cost almost as much as just paying for the repair myself, which was a big thing I was watching for. It’s not perfect, and I definitely had to reread the fine print a couple times, but on the cost side, it seems okay to me.

"Repair was alright, but not totally fixed"
They did get it working again, so I’ll give them that, but it’s still not quite right. Like, yeah, the main problem seems handled, but there are still a few little issues hanging around. Not a terrible repair, just not as clean or complete as I was hoping for.

The site looks decent enough at first glance, but I still felt a little uneasy using it. Some of the information was thin, and it didn’t really give me that confident, trustworthy feeling. Maybe it’s fine, but parts of it had me thinking, “what a joke.” I’d be careful before relying on it too much.

"I signed up for AKKO because I thought..."
I signed up for AKKO because I thought filing a claim would be straightforward, but that was not my experience. Their process felt like a hassle from start to finish. I had to go through too many steps, upload the same information more than once, and then sit around waiting for responses. Maybe other people have had better luck, but I’m blaming AKKO here because my claim ended up being way more stressful than it should’ve been. I’m definitely not happy with how it went.

"Easy signup, no real hassle"
I signed up on AKKO and it was straightforward. The forms were simple, nothing felt buried or confusing, and I was able to get through it quickly, which is really all you want with this kind of thing.
I did have to double-check one piece of my info, but that was on me. As long as you have your basic details ready, it’s common-sense stuff. Overall, it gave me a good first impression.

"App was frustrating to use"
I tried using the app while helping my sister look something up, and it felt clunky. It took way too long to find what we needed, and the app kept freezing, which made the whole experience frustrating.

"Claim was approved, just took a bit"
I used getakko for a phone claim recently, I think it was sometime last month or maybe late the month before. Overall, it was fine and nothing too complicated to submit.

The approval took longer than I expected though. It was a few days, maybe four or five, and there wasn’t much of an update in between, so I ended up checking in myself. That part was a little frustrating.

In the end, the claim did get approved, so I can’t complain too much. I just wish the process had been a bit quicker and that the updates were more clear along the way.

"Didn’t cover enough of my devices"
I was feeling hopeful when I signed up because I wanted one place to cover all my devices. But once I looked through what was actually included, the list felt way too limited. A few of my gadgets didn’t qualify, which kind of ruined the whole point for me. It might be fine for someone with more standard stuff, but it just didn’t work for my setup...
